Hi, I am having trouble with my A9 stopping playing from Deezer and then becoming unresponsive on the app, sometimes they only way to get it to work again is to unplug it. It could be the wifi band is overloaded and I can see it is linked on wifi to 2.4ghz and I can set my router to only allow it to connect to 5 ghz but the problem is the speaker does not see the wifi when I set it up this way.

Any ideas would be much appreciated

I would suggest either log in to the A9 or in the web interface and log out of Deezer and turn off the A9, turn it back on and log back in to Deezer.
