How should I interpret the meaning of the indicator light on the Core?  It's solid white as I write this, and from what I can tell, it's always solid white.  Is there any indication that the unit has gone to standby?  The unit is mildly warm to the touch, even when (I think) it's in standby.

I'm old-skool.  An indicator light should be green when active, red when in standby, gosh dang it. Wink

By experience:

Solid dimmed white when the Core is in standby OR streaming

Solid bright white when receiving Bluetooth remote commands

Should not be hot when in standby

The exact behavior of my Core. Thanks - I’ll relax now.

To help you relax even more, this is exactly how my core behaves and it also is just a little bit warm when on standby.
