Hello all.

The brushes on my tuner volume motor have become too short, causing one to "jam" into Commutator plate gap when motor reversed.   Then, 6ic5 ( LM378N) 2 Channel 4 watt amplifier, performing as a motor control, To get toasted. Also tanning the board underneath.

Question, can one of you help me to find replacement brush springs for this motor?

Picture shows one of the two originals ive carefully made work again! I unwound 1 of 3 coils of each spring to give me needed lenth to once again reach commutator. I straightened metal out, cut and bent it as needed to give push against commutator, and after a couple tries getting it all back together, ive had success. And by luck only, new contacts are riding on a new virgin surface free of previous wear. Bonus!

Thank you for your interest, and if there IS a SOURCE for these, id like to get some.

-Mark
