Hi All,

I'm trying to get my Beogram 3000 running properly. The problem is that there is no activity after pressing the LIFT key, although the motor is running.

Referring to the figure in the service manual (attached), when the LIFT button is pressed, the cam-lifting wheel E is not engaged by the gear wheel D located on the turntable shaft. I can see the transparent tooth on C emerge due to the action of the solenoid arm A, but there is a 1-2 mm gap between it and gear wheel D. The cam wheel does have about 2-3 mm of rotational play. When I rotate the cam wheel 1-2 mm with my finger, the gear does engage the cam wheel and the TT goes through a normal cycle.

It looks like that gear-cam distance or orientation is off just slightly.  Is there a way to adjust any of this to get them closer together, or is there a part that needs to be replaced?

Much appreciate any help!
