I just purchased a beosystem 1 off Ebay to replace my AV7000 – It will be setup this weekend together with my Beomaster 7000, Beogram CD 7000, PS3 and TV STB.

The BS1 will be used to route the audio. The video will run via HDMI directly to the projector. The PS3, STB and the HDMI switch will be controlled via Lintronic.

I am planning on using a Beolink active 1616 between the BM7000 and BS1 without the IR eye. BS1 in option 2 and BM7000 in Option 0.

The IR eye is connected to the Lintronic box, which have IR out that will go to the BS1.

I have attached a simple drawing of most of the system components:

https://docs.google.com/a/cxo-on-demand.com/file/d/0By0GEVVJbBtSUzhrbm1fdnV1WWc/edit

Since the AV7000 is using a passive center speaker, i will need to put an amp between the BS1 and the center speaker until i get a beolab 7-4,

Please have a look at the drawing and let me know if I got this right.
I am surprisingly excited about getting a 8-10 year old product :-)
Thanks in advance..

I am putting a beolink converter type 1611 between the beomaster 7000 and the Beosystem 1. Should I connect Audio AUX link, PowerLink or both?

Thanks in advance..

Update: Nevermind I realized as the beomaster 7000 is in option 0 both needs to be connected.
