Hi I have just changed the back up battery in my 5500 Beomaster all i had was the single led operating so i checked the battery and was flat. but since changing it i still have the same symptoms is there a reset code ?? I have done a few basic tests my 5 volt start up voltages are there can you please advise

After further tests I find the relays operate but when I try the test mode shortcircuiting 4tp1 nothing happens ? does this mean I have a problem with the microprocessor any help would be grateful
