I am a little lost. I have just replaced my beovision 7-40 with a different beovision 7-40 Mk lll, as the screen on my old BV7 went, and for some reason, my Beolab 7.4 cannot seem to connect to the new tv. I have tried factory resetting to try and configure the speaker TV is connected to but to no avail. So I now have a Beolab 7.4 connected to a BV 7-40 that’s not producing any sound. Is there any way that I can fix this problem? Any help would be appreciated
You did set the beolab 4 as a speaker in the beovision 7’s setup menu didn’t you?
Yes I set up the beolab 7.4 in the menu as the center speaker but the the option for configuration is greyed out
