BeoVision Eclipse Sound problem

Hi.

I have an Eclipse from 2018.

i only use an Apple TV for streaming on it. Sometimes when I stream a movie on fx Netflix, suddenly the speak disappear, and only background sounds is playing… then I have to restart the tv, and then it works again, but only for around 30 minutes. Then it happens again.

anyone having the same issues, or know what to do?

Hi

Hade similar problems with my Eclipse. 
Got these tips from my dealer.
1. check setting under sound in the Tv menu  - ”sound out = HDMI ARC”

2.  Unplug HDMI cable from sound bar to Tv and plug again. 

Those easy tips worked for me, now the sound never disappears.
