I am currently working on my Beocenter 4000, type 1603.

I have to low voltage in the tape section and checked PC5 (power supply)

Found a faulty diode named: BO83C6V5 or ZPD 6.5V5%.

Can´t find one on internet, is there a modern equivalent for this one?

6,5V is not a particularly common value for a zener.
Are you sure it's not a 6,2, 6,8V or perhaps 5,6V?

Thanks for the reply Martin.

Well I think it is 6,5V  because that is how it is written in the service manual.

I ordered already 6,3 and 6,8 and 5,6V zeners and intend to try them.

Maybe you can advise me which one would be the best one to try?
