Bang and Olufsen B&O Beomaster 3300 HiFi Amplifier Tuner Type 2953 sound problems

I recently picked up a Beomaster 3300 tuner amp, and when I try it I get great sound/volume out using the radio, but if I hook up my television to either the cd or the tape inputs I only get a low volume even the volume all the way turned out.

Speakers used Bng and lolufsen 601 red lines

Any Ideas on what the problem is would greatly appreciated.
