Hi Erik-nl,

Beosound 4 supports speaker displays when used with fully wired Powerlink mk.2 cables but systems with the newer RJ45 Powerlink outputs like the Moment don't support this.  I apologise that I can't recall the exact situation for Beosound 5 Encore and Beomaster 5 but I don't think these support the speaker displays.  Hopefully someone here can confirm, as it is a long time since I tried either of these systems with Penta speakers!

I am always happy to help with any cables you need via my sponsor link below.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.

Beosound 5 should work..

The BM5 is mostly connected through masterlink and diagrams shows "PL-Data". It's from an era that powerlink data was common used.

The BeoLink active supports speaker displays. So if you access most tv or Beosound through it, you’ll get the source name and track.
