Itunes no contact with beomaster 5

I'm trying to connect my beomaster5 with my Itunes.

When it was installed the macafee software was blocking the detection,Ive since deleted macafee from my pc but still no joy with the detection. Beoconnect seems to be installed OK but when I right click the B&O sign in the toolbar then click manage products nothing.

Could something else still be blocking it? I'm using windows basic software for virus protection etc

Help!!!

Might be the Windows firewall?

Thanks Jeff but I've disabled the firewall still nothing

Did you try to add the beomaster manually with the ip adres share name and so on? That should work
