An adapter for the MMC X000 and 20 families to ½ ". I don't know if I ever will have use for it (but as usual, it is not the point ...).
What other adaptors were available?

There are three different ones I have had. The 1/2" one you have (there are black and grey versions!) the 'P' mount one which fits arm designed for the P mounting and the SP mount which allows you to use a MMC20 type cartridge in a B&O arm designed for the SP cartridges.
