I have a BS9000 and a BV11 in the same room (living room) and control both with the Beo4 (w/ navigation).
A Playmaker is connected to the BS9000 AUX and I select the source with A.MEM via Beo4. All fine and well. But when I turn up or down the volume on A.MEM via Beo4 the BV11 volume also goes up or down. Also, when I turn off A.MEM via Beo4 the BV11 also turns off.
This does not happen when I have selected TV as source. In this case I can control the TV volume without the A.MEM volume changes.
This is very annoying and I am sure that it is easy to solve, but I havent figured out how yet..

Thanks for the link. I should however also note that the same applies when I listen to CDs on the BS9000 so I do not think it is Playmaker specific.

Hi Rob - you should set your BV11 to option 1 and BS9000 also to option 1, that way the BV11 would not react if you are controlling A.MEM.
Oh, just in case how to change options:
On BV11 - go to Setup - Product Integration - "B&O Connnect" and change VM option from 2 to 1.
On BS9000 use Beo4 to change the option: hold "Standby" button and "List" button at the same time to access Beo4 menu. Select OPTION - A.OPT and select number 1 with Beo4.
