Do you have/have entered the pin-code of the speakers?

It might have been activated!

Let me see if i understand.

1: You have the right powerlink cables connected ?

2: The BL 5 turns on and off with the tv? (red to green light and vice versa)

3. Did you try to calibrate your speakers? (pressing and holding the square mark on top of the tweeters for 4 seconds)

4. Did you use the exact same powerlink output on the tv as the case with your BL 9´s??

Points 1, and 4 are related here.  Not only must you use the cables supplied with the BeoLab 5's, if they are not plugged into the same sockets, and set for the same 'side' as the BeoLab 9s they replaced, then you should go back through the audio setup menus on your BV-9.  Likely ought to do that anyway though.  Remember that each of those PL sockets on the BV-9 has 2 outputs.

1. I already used Powerlink cable of BL5. I am going to use PL cable 5.5mm

2. BL5 and TV operate together (the led turn green and red together)

3. I have already to calibrated one time. But I will try it one more time again

4. I connected BL5 to  BV9 through the sockets PowerLink 3 and 4 on BV9

should it be because of temperature of air condition too low?
