This is--as you all know--a very nice, historic and sophisticated receiver. I've cleaned it up and polished it so cosmetically it looks quite good despite damage of part of the wood case. It does function albeit not even close (I assess) at its best. There are issues with improperly fitted dial cords, alignment and perhaps other aspects. Is there anyone in North America that services/restores this receiver? If not in NA, then anywhere? I have the service manual which only convinces me that I am not worthy to work on it. It's a shame to just have this on the shelf like a museum piece
Many thanks for your help.

Tim Jarman fixed both of mine but he is in the UK. Atlantic systems have a good name.

I second Peter. I have dealt with Atlantic Systems multiple times with both Beomaster 2400s (yes, I have multiples) as well as Form 2 Headphone cord replacement. In each instance they proved more than competent and the work was absolutely at the level one would expect from a proper B&O repair facility.
Also, if you are in the Boston area they are about 45 minutes from the city and while they have a small storefront, it is great to chat and learn about B&O while you drop off your items. I have emailed several times with Gotham Sound in NYC but never used them. B&O tends to be rather specialized so I would not risk it if I were you.
