Hi

I do have 2 separate Masterlink Networks in each of them one Beomedia 1 for n.radio; the Beomedias connected to one ip network, and here is the problem both have the same network name (not ip) an either one is giving me an error (same name). I also can only connect via BeoConnect to only one I have to switch off one of them to connect.

Is there a way to change the computer name in the XP service menu ( I tried I couldn't do it)

pls help  regards

Yes, you can change the network name:

You activate the service menu (0 0 ENTER)

and activate the "Show Service Menu" option in the system settings

Return to the main menu and select "SERVICE"

You get to the XP desktop

There you can access the workstation properties and modify the workstation name to eg: BEOMEDIA2

When finished you press the ESC key to return to BM main menu and reboot
