Hy BeoWorlder's

I have just bought a BeoCenter 2. This is my second unit in the home. There are no problems with my first unit, but this one makes awful noises because the disc is hitting something inside when spinning. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Anyone? I would also like to have some guidelines to how you take the unit apart.
