We talk already about this New Philips TV. Nice design. Hoping B&O and David Lewis designers will do an innovative design in their TV a near future.

What about this beast?

I notice Selfridges had it listed un gifts for fathers day!  I got a box of Celebrations, which the wife and kids then ate.

The thing that caught my eye at Selfridges, is that Loewe televisions seem to be around the same price as Samsung/Panasonic? Is that normal for the uk?

In Australia Loewe would be triple the price of the mentioned brands.

Well the Philips looks so-so IMHO.

It's allright looking but I don't like it going from transparent to solid.

Too long to list....

I think it looks good.

Imagine, that only a few years ago Philips used to make some of the ugliest flatscreens...Those thick plastic frames with rounded corners...Ick!
-and now...No frames...

But - if tv design ends up in something that only looks like a sheet of glass - then it would certainly be difficult for the designers to make something that stands out from the crowd...Hmm

I wonder how it will be the sound. And where the cables are.
