CD ripper has stopped working properly. Everything is fine until the the ripping process then it just seems to freeze.

The ripper is attached a beosound5

how do you reboot the ripper? I don't have a remote control

Thanks Ricky

The ripper as you describe is just an extra external cd unit. With an USB cable connected to the Beomaster 5.

Every other external cd unit connected to the BM5 will give you the same options of ripping etc. So you might try to release the cable from the cd-ripper and restart the BM5. Then again attach the ripper and restart again. The copy instructions will then be available again.

If it solves your problem, I don't know. But you can give it a try.
