New sky hd box

Installed and working fine, now with Dolby D over hdmi with beosystem 3 question I can control the sky box but normally when I hit back button I could get out of the sky menu I now can get out if the guide unless I press menu the 7 for sky it was fine with old sky hd, also have a beovision 6-26 with sky hd box it's coming with this display is non hdcp non compliant is this a software issue with bvis 6
