Can you help me? Can the V1 control the Toshiba BDX6400 blueray player?

Your model is not in the PUC library. The nearest Toshiba player in the PUC library is Toshiba BDX3100KE which may use compatible IR codes.

I've had the same with virgin supplying a TiVo that's "not on the list" and has a curved lens over the ir window anyway !
