Hi,
I've been an owner of B&O since i bought my first Beosound 2 player over 10 years ago. Since then i havealso purchased the Beosound 3 radio/music player. Which is the topic of this email. I own an Apple Macbook Pro laptop, So i have tried an endless number of ways to try and get a SD card, with music transferred to it from the Apple laptop, to play on theBeosound 3. Not only that i have tried lots of different sizes and brands of SD cards on my Beosound 3 so it could read it & play the music on it.I still cannot figure how i can get it to work. The radio is working fine.I identified that transferring music that had been purchased from the iTunes music store, and transferring it straight to the SD card & attempting to play it on the Beosound 3 did not work(due to Apple 'watermarking' each of its songs in the library, so that they become exclusive to Apple products.)
Anyone with suggestions would be appreciated.
The Beosound 3 does not support Apples .m4a-Format. You have to convert the songs to MP3 (which can be done with iTunes, too).
