Beo4 Replace Keypad - how to open?

How do you disassemble the Beo4? After removing the 3 screws under the battery cover - what next? The faceplate seems secured at both the bottom and by the LCD screen.

You missed a screw in the battery compartment. There is one under the label!!

I didn't believe you because I couldn't feel it under the label with my fingernail - but you were right - many thanks!
