BV9 - Screen going into standby automatically

A client of mine is having an issue with a BV9 screen going into standby automatically after 20-30mins of viewing (this is with a picture on the screen, ie. not blank). It is controlled by an AMX system via a Master Link Gateway. I cannot see any settings in the MLGW that would be doing this and there is nothing triggering it from the AMX side.I have checked the BV9 settings and also cannot see anything that might be causing this.

Does anyone have any ideas of what can be causing this?

I had the same problem with my BV) , check beomedia or beomaster 5 Masterlink

Thanks for the reply Claudiu. Is there anything specific to look out for or shall I just check the terminations on the cable?
