Hello,
I believe there is a service menu which have been set up in the Beomaster 3500.
How to access this service menu is my question, the first reason is to know the sw release version.
In addition to this sw release version, what other info would be available or changed?

These are explained in the service manual of Beomaster 4500, which you can find on site as you are a silver member; starting on page 7-2.
To access it, you will need to short circuit a jumper on the CPU board, so this requires opening up the Beomaster. Do not break the glass panel, make sure it doesn't fall off!
