I just got an email, with an intro by Tue, asking me to complete an online survey about my most recent purchase at my local dealer, with a lot of questions and places for comment about the experience. My most recent purchase was the H6 headphones from the Atlanta dealer, and fortunately I had nothing but good things to say about the experience, good store, good owner and staff.The email asked me about my experience
Anyone else get a survey request? Seems positive to me that they are checking up on this. The dealer experience is important I believe to selling a product like B&O. Critical actually.
I have one other dealer I've dealt with in the recent past, and he was excellent as well. So, I'm two for two anyway. Or two for Tue? heh.
Filling out the survey makes me eligible for a drawing for a pair of H6's at the end of the month. Maybe I'll get lucky. Could happen! I won a Beo 5 here after all!
