Hi,

Probably a bit of a newbie question: I've just got some BeoVox Cx-50's and I was wondering if they would be suitable as the second speaker set on either my BeoMaster2000 - '80's model (Bedroom amp) or BeoMaster3300 (Office amp).  I ask because, even though they seem from the same era as the amps and I'd have thought should be compatible, they're most definitely labelled as 6Ohm impedance.  The 3300 manual says not to use speakers with lower than 8 Ohm impedance, and the 2000 manual doesn't seem to mention it at all.

Any ideas?

Many thanks!

Rupert
