I am looking for a replacement speaker for a Beolit 700 portable radio.

The original speaker had it's magnet's glueing loosened and the cone was stuck. I tried to release it and to re-attach the magnet but several tries to get it centered caused some damage to the cone and I don't think this is going to work anymore.

I got the part from Klaus (kks1973), and the Beolit is now fixed. Thanks - thread can be closed :)

Well done! Was it a new part or a second hand part? These speakers are norious for giving problems and are tricky to get fixed - as evidenced by the silence to your query!!

@Peter: thanks. This was a second-hand part, identical to the original one.

The magnet gets loose and then it's very hard to get back. I almost got it, but then the coil got damaged and I couldn't bother trying more.

And yes, I put some new glue to the new speaker to keep that from going bad.
