Before going to bed I took a BG1800 motor in my hand studying it.

I am still just 6 month on this narrow workbench hobby road, and have still so much to learn, tons to learn
repeared electronics is not new to me, but mechanics, Beograms is still new to me.

Several questions occured these 5 minutes.

I unscrewed the 3 mounting screws and the 3 rubber dampers, of course are in of disintergration, are these rubber dampers possible to get hold of new, or do I have to be creative finding somekind of new solution ?

The rubber dampers have somekind of built in distance, so it seems like the motor actually is hanging quite loose when mounted to the holding plate, is this how it should be ?

How do you disamble the wheel from the axel, if I want to take of the holding plate ?

If wanting to give the motor some new oil, where do I do this ?, there are no screws to disamble the motor. ?

any more  tips ?

Appreciate help
Christian
