Has anyone managed to connect a Beo6 to a Beosound 5 via a BT HomeHub2? It just refuses to connect for me. I have contacted B&O Customer Support, but to no avail. Many thanks in advance (I hope!).

Hi i have the latest homehub but i have in the past had other homehubs and did have connection problems. I have overcome them by allocating in the hub software ( log into your hub as admin) fixed IP's for both the Beo6 and Beosound 5. Connect quite sharply now.

You would of noticed by now the wifi properties of the Beo6 are woefully poor so don't wander too far with your Beo6.

Many thanks for this, I will give it try - I have  been unable to get the Beo6 to connect to the home hub (2 or 3)

I have finally found the time to do this and it worked. I can now fully appreciate the Beo6 remote, as the ability to use the two-way functionality has justified the hassle and expense of obtaining this remote. So thank you for providing the solution.
