I have just had the Beo5 reprogrammed for new channels I want to watch on a sky HD box.
There seems to be a problem for some channels where the Beo5 only sends the first 2 digits of the channel number. For example Eurosport1 is ok sending 410, Eurosport2 sends 41 instead of 411. Has anybody else had similar issues.

You can go into the set up menu of the Beo5 and use the touch screen to check and if required amend the channel number that you want to assign to each logo.

Thanks Opman. The numbers look ok on the Beo5 and the B&O Engineer had the programming software running showing the numbers it should put out.
There probably needs to be a short pause in-between the two 1s. The TV only recognizes the first one - I have had the same issue with my Panasonic TV.
I assume you do not have the tool yourself?
My B&O products: Beosound 9000, Beosound 2300, Beosound Century, Beolab 8000, Beolab 6000, Beolab 4000 x2, Beolab 3500, Beolab 2000, Beolab 10, Beolink Active x2, Beotime, Beo5 x2, Beo4, A9 keyring x2, LC2 dimmer x6 and growing....
For a Sky HD STB you will need to put at least a 50 MS delay between each digit otherwise you will get the exact problem you have described.

Thanks Keith. The Engineer tried it with 50ms but I think it needs longer possibly 250 or 500ms. This problem may have been present for a long time but did not show as all the channels we had set before were all 3 different numbers. Will email the Engineer tomorrow.
