Would someone please remind me how to program this combination so that it does not switch the whole link system off when putting the attached TV to standby?

Thanks

David

I think that the LX5500 should be in Option 2, so press: STBY, PICTURE, 2, STORE on the BL1000.  Hope this works!

I remember that old LX/MX Beovisions can be set to rare options (V.OPT) like 2.6 , 2.5 , 1.5....

I would try V.OPT 2.6. Press PICTURE 2 STORE 6 STORE.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the reply Stefan. These all work but do not correct the situation. The config guide says option 2 but has no mention of additional options to prevent entire link system standby.

Thank you for the link. Page 15 of the MCL2 installation guide gives details of programming the MCL2AV standby function but these depend on a sensor being attached and holding the timer button. It does not appear possible to do this without the sensor (I use the LX TV only) so I need to obtain one of these.
