Hi everybody,

When I turn on/off the tv function, there is an electronic curtain.

When i turn on/off the DVD there is no electronic curtain.

Neither do I have the electronic curtain when using DTV (ATV3 that is always on).

Am I missing a setting, or anyone have a suggestion?

On the model I had, the electronic curtain only worked on analogue sources.

If you're using the DVI socket as a source input, you will lose the curtains.

If you're using the internal DVD, or Scart Input you should get curtains when you turn it off....

The BeoVision 8 has HDMI input. Are you using this?

If so, you should have the curtains from memory.

There's no curtain function on the dvi socket even with the latest SW 7.94.

I will see if it will work with a bv7-32 mk3 after updating to SW 30.08 which is only for TVs with hd-module Installed but is reported to work also with TVs without the module Installed. It should also bring some new features.
