I have what I believe is a BC2 dvd version. Is there any way to confirm it is a dvd version ?

I tried playing a dvd and all I got was the sound track, is there some options I need to set ?

It is connected to a BV10.

Does your black box have a scart connected to your tv?

If you enter the menu settings, the 6th option down should be DVD.  Check the settings entered for Scart input to the TV etc.

Dave.

Sorted, scart plugged in .... just not tight enough.

Thanks

Big Smile it's amazing how often a Scart socket is the problem.  As you had sound but no picture it was the likely culprit.  Glad it's sorted.

Dave.
