I bought a Beosound 3 last year, however the top panel has become unresponsive. As there is no warranty on it I tried the solution posted on the forum here to use electric spray. Unfortunatly it did not work. Does anybody know how much a replacement panel will cost? I can replace it myself.

Here in Sweden Bang & Olufsen pay for the top panel.
The work to replace the new top is for you to pay, in Sweden it cost me 50euro one year ago.
Fair price in my opinion

Seems bizarre - under warranty I can see them replacing it but not if it isn't. However, the top panels do appear on eBay quite often and sell for anything from about 20 €. This is a known problem, particularly with MKI models and B&O have replaced top panels on many of these free of charge.

I bought a Beosound 3 recently.I charged it - at first red light blinking- after a few hours- a steady red light which i presume it is fully charged. tried everything - the top touch panel is not responsive at all, in certain places on the panel can sense static.
So i took out the 4 screws at the bottom and remove the top touch panel.
Can you please let me know the email address or website where I can get a replacement touch panel ?
ANY OTHER ADVICE ON HOW TO GET THE BEOSOUND WORKING IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

Can someone ( hcw6424 ?) tell me the resistors value regarding the central keys of the touch panel (<> go ...)?
