hi, has anyone had trouble with their Beovision 11 saying no network connection available but when I look at Network settings it say it is connected?  I can't play any streaming or Apple TV loading, I have BT infinity with home hub 5.

Have you tried rebooting your router? Often when I have a device that thinks its connected but can't actually connect that fixes it.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

This is a very common problem with the BT router where it does not renew the 'lease' to the IP address - meaning the device will show as connected to the network but it will not work.

As Jeff said, rebooting your router will fix the problem temporarily, for a more permanent solution you should change your router to something like a Linksys/Cisco.

I was having to reboot my BT router everyday, I got a Cisco router and now i reboot it about once every few months.

I have a Linksys dual band route and like Martin and I only am forced to reboot every 4-5 months. Sounds like the BT routers are no prize. Then again I've had similar issues with the cheaper Linksys and Belden routers, this seems to be an area where money does buy a better product.

HI, thanks, have tried and not successful so far.  I do suspect it is the BT Router,  Thanks.

When it says connected, go to edit and insert router password again and all will be okay...
