I'm trying to connect my BeoSound Essence with my BeoSound 3200.

I have only two wireless speakers and want to distribute the music via my link system instead.
Bought a cable at my dealer .
In my Essence, I have attached one end of cable to the Ethernet (RJ45) .
The other end of the cable is connected to the AUX jack on the BeoSound 3200.

When I put on my BeoSound 3200, there is no sound from the speakers.
What could I have done wrong?
Do I have to make any further setut ?

If I instead use my BeoSound Essence stand alone with my two wireless speakers, it works fine .

On the essence put it in powerlink instead of ethernet.

I am not quite sure, but there might be some settings to be made in the BeoMusic app for the Essence.

When you have/have had your speakers connected wireless, you maybe have to tell the Essence, that it must send the sound through the RJ/PL.

Do check this, in case it won't work first time.

I tried to connect the cable to the PL1-jack on my BeoSound Essence but despite this it came no sound.
After that, I was connecting two BeoLab8000 speakers directly to my Essence through PL1- and PL2-jacks and then it came sound.
