I'm going to purchase a pair of headphones here this week and was wondering what peoples thoughts were comparing the H6 to the H8. I'm going to be using the headphones primarily for Spotify on my phone, as well as listening to my Vinyl collection on my beomaster stereo.
Thanks

How will you connect your wireless Bluetooth H8 headphones to your Beomaster? Depending on your Beomaster (you don't say what you have), you would need a Bluetooth transmitter which is added expense.
If you aren't constrained by a cable then the H6's are great - I use them for the TV, iPad, stereo etc and love them. Some users do report some drop-out issues with H8's even just using their phone with them (up to 12 times in 1 song has been reported). The H8's are also very expensive when compared to H6's currently available 499 € v 200 € if you shop around
Best thing to do is test both at your nearest dealer (if you are lucky enough to have one) and compare the two for what you want.

"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"
I get dropouts when using H8 outdoors, not at home.

Can one simply use the H8 as noise cancelling headphones via the 3.5 cable with the bluetooth switched off (for aircraft use and to save the battery)? I can't seem to see that info on the web page.Looks like an awesome product, but the bluetooth function doesn't interest me, just the noise cancellation...
I think you can. I will test it when I get home tonight or in the morning.
