Somfy Blinds Install

Just installed a blgw with soft blinds.

Works flawlessly with custom string written.

Again.. The blgw is seriously under used.

Well

Part of the problem is a auto correct on the iPhone!

It's supposed to be Somfy.

They have an rs232 piece that I connected to the usb of the blgw and then I simply used their protocol for controlling rs232 and no problem.

I added 8 separate motors to the system yesterday and it worked perfectly.

I have just purchased a BLGW as well to integrate some Somfy RTS products using their RS232 URTSII module but I am not getting anywhere.

I know that the URTSII is correctly programmed because when I press the UP, DOWN or STOP buttons then the product associated to that channel responds. I am also using the B&O recommended blue/white RS232 adapter.I have added the Custom Strings system and everything seems configured correctly (green system connection status). I have created virtual buttons to represent the shutters and blinds

As you can see in the attached photo when I try to add the resources under the custom strings system I have 3 options under type and none of those allow me to add the RTS commands such as: 0101UP for channel 1 up or 0108D for channel 8 down.

As I am obviously missing something any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
