Hi

My Beo6 doesn't work anymore. I have no idea why but I think it is the touchscreen. The red light in the back works so it cannot be the battery.

Does anybody know how to open a Beo6? Do I need a special tool for that?

Thanks

Isn't a Beo6 less than a year old, and thus under warranty? Leave it alone and take it to your dealer.

With no available documentation, there's likely nothing one could do to help it anyway.

As stated, your Beo6 is under warranty and therefore you should return it to your dealer for replacement or repair.

Even if you were to open the unit, there is no way you could repair this product.

The screen also holds the electronics of the unit and would be replaced by your dealer as a whole, see photo

Hi Keith,

I have a Beo5 (which is not under warranty anymore) that has a bit of a loose connection between the bottom and the touchscreen. When I touch the screen it moves a bit which is not the real B&O feeling... Do you know how I can repair this?

Regards, Bart
