Hi,
Can someone advise me on the thickness of double sided foam tape i need to buy to re glue the glass panels on a 9500. The company i normally use for tape have offered me 6mm wide tape in either 1mm, 2mm or 3mm thickness (depth).
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Darren

I took advice from the old forum and simply used superglue gel - the gel is less messy than normal superglue. I left the old tape in situ and saved myself a lot of time in tape removal/cleaning. I did 2 BC9500s a couple of years ago and have had no problems.
1mm thick & 6mm wide.
Where are you located? I have some spare if you want it?
Chris.
Thanks for all you replies and thanks for the offer and description of the tape Chris. I'll order some 1 mm tape tomorrow - it will be handy to have a full roll in case i screw up but thanks for the offer Chris.
