Beolit 15 software updated

Impossible to update. I follow the instructions (plug mini usb, press + - and power, must flash red wich it doesn't if usb connected, press continue).

Nothing happens, when I get the chance to have a ref flashing light it's for two seconds and it makes a noise of usb disconnection.

Did you try to press first + - and keep pressing and then press power for few seconds? 

I just tried as you said, thanks, and it still doesn't work.

Battery is full, Beolit is off, usb mini in Beolit and computer ok, + - and power does nothing if usb mini connected (red light only flashing one second if Beolit not connected). If I press "continue" on screen I get the "waiting for connection and power on Beolit" signal.

I will wait untill the shop is open on thursday. Allready took my Beosound 3 this week. Totally dead after two weeks of no use (8 years old and worked perfectly for at least 6 years after several top cap changes).

BB, it's just an update temporary problem. Temporary because if it doesn't work at all (the update) I may just leave it like that.

Beolit 12 is not for me, I use bluetooth only and no dongles please.
