Fifth time I've tried to reply! Bizarre app!

Why would you need the service manual? If it's broken it will be under warranty as it's such a new product. If you mess with it, the warranty will be void. Take it to your dealer.

Going from Mirco's other post, his BL18s are flashing orange after he did a reset to his moment.  I suspect he is just trying to work out what's happening as his dealer may be closed for the weekend?

I think the service manuals Mirco show the technical connections and don't delve in to pairing issues.

Did you try turning off your speakers from the power waiting a little bit and turning back on?

Are your speakers connected to any other sources?

Kind regards,

There's no service manual for the moment on this site, so I can't help you there.

I was thinking that if you had another source you could try and see if it is not the moment causing it

How about trying a reset on your Beolab 18?  There is a reset button
