BeoPlay A2 Software Update Failed

I just tried to update an A2 I got for a friend after successfully updating my 2 A2's.  It proceeded to go ok, it started updating, then I got a software update failed.  Unplug the usb cable and plug back in and try again.  I did so and the unit appears to be dead.  No power supply light when I plug in the power.  Nothing happens when I try to power it on.  

Has anyone seen anything like this?  Is the unit completely dead?

The result was a unit changed under warranty.

Yes, that was mine and apparently the only unit B&O had this happen to - until now by the look of it.

Contact Beoplay customer support and explain the failure. Return it to them - they sort out UPS to collect it from you at their expense. They will fix it or send you a new one. I had a new one within 7 days. Excellent service. All the better if you were sensible enough to keep the original box.
