Moment behaviour

Hello all

I have a moment in a room with speakers directly connected and accessed via Convertor for my ML devices.

I have noticed if I call up VMEM for example is works fine on ML devices but also switches on the moment speakers which is annoying.

If I select a source from the V1 on NL network the same happens, the v1 comes on with the correct source (excellent) is also put the music on in the room with the speakers connected to the moment.

Is this normal or have I setup something wrong?

could you post some screen shots of the configuration of the converter?

Reconsider your IR mapping configuration, why are you directing all those inputs to the converter? There is no input possible on Vmem, Camera, etc... on the converter, place all inputs you don't need including Vmem to 'Empty'.

 

 

Configure the buttons you want to use on your ML, everything you don't want to use direct it to 'Empty'. In my case I'm using Vmem to listen to Deezer coming from my V1.

 

And now Vmem has no function anymore on the ML, the remote button won't work anymore on the ML. If you do the same on IR mapping it won't work anymore on your V1 (now you are directing (pointing) it to the converter !).

I changed all settings back to empty for IR and cleared the other things you recommended.

Once I did this and saved the ones that should be there reappeared

The moments local speakers still switch on when I activate from another room.

Not sure I quite understand what you are saying.

However after saving the BLC's settings I found that I had to force a reboot for the new settings to take effect.

Rather than fiddle with toothpicks in pinholes mostly I simply do a power off/wait 19 seconds/power on cycle
