Hi,

I have four Essence MKii and a Moment. On the BeoMusic App the Essences don't always all show up. Sometimes Linking them is not possible, other times it takes ages for them to do it. Restarting the App helps for a short moment - sometimes. Restarting the Essence hasn't helped.

It has also happened that the Plus signs for linking don't show up or that I could do everything except change the volume of a device.

Anyone, any ideas?`

regards
Stephen

Not much help maybe, but have you tried restarting your (WIFI) router?

I had the same problem with my Moment in the beginning, fixed Ethernet connection for the Moment and proffessional wi-fi access points solved the problem.

Excellent solution to many problems, to problems that not always appearing in using consumer goods but suddenly show up after buying NL products from B&O.

Low priced stable enterprise access is already price worthy from Ubiquity.

Switch restart sometimes helps. All units are in the wired LAN. Only  iPhones are in the wifi..

Then the problem sounds to be the access point.

Hi,

I would recommend setting an IP address reservation for each of your netlink products using your routers configuration page, or failing that, configuring each of the products to use a fixed IP address as this may alleviate the issues you are having with products randomly disappearing and reappearing.

Kind Regards,

Martin.
