Hello Beoteam

i am considering buying a Beoplay A9 to replace the BB6-26 in my kitchen as video is not really used and I love the NL music on a loud devise in my kitchen

What is the differences between gen1 and gen2?

Generation 1 is not capable of joining an NL network so no multiroom, so is badically stand alone.

Generation 2 is multiroom and has Bluetooth

Hi there

then this post is so worth it because NL is the reason I want it for the MultiRoom functionality.

Hello team

Another question or two

does the A9 pass light and control commands to the Beolink Gateway

can the A9 be controlled via the Beolink gateway and finally

cam you control an A9 with a beo-one remote control or only pair an essence to it?

thanks all

A9 mark 2 has no ir sensor so no direct control from Beo4 or BeoRemote1. I believe it can work via NLGW
