hello lovely people

So i have a question

I have a Silent Gliss curtain track which responds to IR or a Button press to open and close.

I also have a BLGW.

How can I interface the Silent Gliss track with my BLGW? i Want to be able to use my Beoremote One to say curtains close or open, the BV7 receives the commend and sends it to the BLGW and then the macro on the gatway triggars a commend to the Silent Gliss track.

Question is how to interface with the track.

Any Idea's

Thanks All

The question is whether or not it can be controlled via ip.

hi! look at this:

Global Cache iTach IP2IR

This driver supports communication with a Global Cache iTach IP2IR system, allowing to control IR controlled devices.

it is controllable from the blgw. maybe this helps.

Hello Beoteam

Thanks for your help.

I also had a great reply from a Excellent fellow at Bang and Olufsen called Morten the systems intergration consultant who reccomended the same thing but with one small difference which is to use the relay version

His reply was very detailed and also gave me instructions on how to set it up a snap shot is below

In order to control the curtain with a relay which I think might be the most simple to do you can use the Global Cache IP2CC.

It is a device that has 3 built-in relays either on Wired LAN (IP2CC), Wired LAN with PoE (IP2CC-P) or WiFi (WF2CC).

Hello All

Does anyone know the correct pins on the RJ11 for connection to a relay?

I seem to recall there being a device from Lintronic that can interface with ML to send out an IR blast in a link room.

Hello All

If anyone is interested my Global Cache IP2CC is for sale in the for sale area as I no longer have the curtain track or a need for the device.
