Chris Hassell:Hi there, I've got a couple of borrowed Beolab 3's as rear in the bedroom on my BV11. They sound amazing (although the wife still doesn't like the look of them so probably going to have to go back very soon) but the sound seems to be a bit out of sync. Are there options I should be looking at in the BV11 menu? BV11-46, Beoplay A2, H3 ANC, Beo 4, Beoplay S8, Beosound Essence MkII
If you want to dig deep - you'll have to read the Technical Sound Guide (available on the BV11 user guide site).

Hiort:Have you selected Beolab 3 when setting up the surround?
Also check the distances of each speaker (as measured relative to the listening position) are set correctly as big variations in these settings can cause sync issues.
Martin.

Chris Hassell:Ahhh could be this. I'll reset distances to 0 and see if that helps. It's the dialogue that seems out of sync. BV11-46, Beoplay A2, H3 ANC, Beo 4, Beoplay S8, Beosound Essence MkII
...and the distances won't be 0 for any of the speakers except the BV11 centre! So measure how far back the 3s are (and any additional fronts) and set accordingly. Cheers, Simon.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

The distance won't be zero for the BV11 centre speaker either unless you usually sit with your face pressed against the centre speaker frets
The distances should be measured between your listening position and each of the speakers (not from the TV to each of the speakers) as they are used by the BV to calculate how long the audio will take to reach you, and adjust the relative timing of each speaker accordingly.
Thanks for the correction :)
Yes I have also readjusted mine too and one of them was 2m out. I am not entirely sure I am noticing a difference from before but feel pleased that the distances are at least now correct. Thanks, Simon.
